Your 14-day free trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan — full access to every feature, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be paused (data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion).

Trial includes everything

The trial is on the Growth plan, which includes unlimited clients, 5 team members, client portal, AI briefs, and all integrations. You see the real product, not a stripped demo.

Plans overview

See the Pricing page for the full, up-to-date comparison. In short:

  • Starter — For freelancers and small agencies. Up to 5 clients, 2 team members.
  • Growth — The most popular plan. Unlimited clients, 5 team members, full feature set.
  • Agency — Unlimited clients and team members, white-label portal, priority support, API access.

All plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 20%.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select the plan you want to switch to
  4. Review the price and click Upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period, plus the full cost of the new plan starting from the next cycle.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrade via Settings → Billing → Change plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your existing features until then. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g. more clients than the lower plan allows), you'll need to archive or delete the excess before the downgrade completes.

Managing your payment method

Rankrop uses Stripe for all payment processing. To update your card:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage billing — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Payment methods to add or replace your card

You can also download past invoices, update your billing address, and set up SEPA or ACH payments from the Stripe portal.

Invoice emails

Invoices are emailed to the account owner's email address automatically after each successful charge. You can also download past invoices from the Stripe Customer Portal (see above).

What happens if a payment fails

If a charge fails, Rankrop will retry automatically over the next 3 days. You'll receive an email notification with a link to update your payment method. If the charge still fails after 3 retries, your account will be paused — your data is retained but you won't be able to access it until a successful payment is made.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it's paused and data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of a paid plan (not trial), contact support for a full refund. After 7 days, there are no partial refunds.

Export your data before cancelling

Before cancelling, export keyword history, reports, and any briefs you need. Go to a client's Settings → Export. Data is permanently deleted 30 days after a paused account.
