These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rankrop™ (the "Service"), operated by Sky Vista Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account. Trial accounts that appear to circumvent plan limits or that violate these Terms may be suspended.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee until you cancel. Pricing is listed at /pricing and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
Free trial. New workspaces get a 14-day trial with no credit card required. If you don't upgrade by the end of the trial, your workspace remains accessible at the Free tier (reduced limits, no data deletion).
Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal; you'll retain access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models. AI calls made through the Service are sent to third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) under their respective terms; we don't retain prompts or responses beyond what's needed to display them back to you.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Bing Webmaster Tools, Stripe, and others. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.
The Service, including its underlying software, design, logos, and documentation, is the property of Sky Vista Consulting. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP except as expressly stated.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the status page at /status.
Enterprise plans include a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Lower-tier plans do not include an SLA.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Workspace-level data isolation is enforced at the database level: no agency on the platform can access another agency's clients, reports, or settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation:

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Billing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEO outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions) are influenced by countless factors outside our control; we do not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app banner at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
